We had a wonderful week at the villa. The upgrades were notable. We loved the kitchen, the movie theatre, and the pool and hottub ! The attention to detail was incredible, all the way to instructions on the remote controls..Everything was provided for comfort and convenience. It is also in a great location, close to parks , restaurants as well as stores. We have stayed in the Orlando area the last 3 years, and this villa was by far the most outstanding. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This villa is clean, fresh and very comfortable. It has been pleasantly decorated and occupies a quite position on a complex with other facilities. I have been visiting Orlando for years and can recommend this property.

We cannot explain enough how wonderful of an experience we had at this home! Easy check-in, clean and well-kept amenities, and just the attention to detail, made this home wonderful to stay in! There are lots of little things (fully stocked kitchen, luxury towels, pool toys, an assortment of games and movies, and even a pin board to try the Disney pin collection, etc) that we weren't expecting that made it even better! Thank you for making our stay not only comfortable and clean for us, but a complete BLAST for our kiddos!
PS - We ended up canceling one of our days that we scheduled to go to an attraction because the kids just wanted to stay and swim and play in the game room (which, by the way, has AC). We couldn't blame them! It was so relaxing to be at the home! Just a heads up - this is not just a place to sleep! You'll want to spend time here!
We want to thank the owners and management for helping make our vacation so relaxing and memorable! Thank you!!

We have rented villas in Florida for the past 20 years and this is without doubt the best. It has everything you need and has been recently renovated by the owners. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pool and spa are in pristine condition. The thing that tops it is the Movie Room - marvellous and you can use your own UK blu rays.
If you can save enough dollars visit Discovery Cove, a truly amazing experience.
Outback Steakhouse and Carrabas Italian are within a couple of miles and worth a visit.
