If booking within 8 weeks of rental then payment is due in full.

Property Protection and Processing Fee: There will be a non-refundable $70 Property Protection and Processing fee. The Property Protection Fee ($55) is a damage waiver that will cover up to $750 for accidental or inadvertent damage.  The processing fee of ($15) will cover our administrative costs. If upon check-in, there is any existing damage to the property or maintenance issues, the guest must notify the Company within 2 hours of arrival. Accidental or inadvertant damages that occur during the rental period must be reported to the Company within 24 hours to be eligible for coverage. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs and will be pursued. The Property Protection Fee covers accidental damages to the unit or its contents. This damage protection does not cover damages by pets (unless the particular property stipulates it is pet friendly), willful or gross negligent behavior, theft, or breach of policy that results in damages. You will be liable for charges of this nature and the party that agreed to the terms and conditions and paid the rental costs will be pursued. If any required additional costs are not paid, the Company reserves the right to exercise legal remedies. This damage waiver is provided by and administered by the Company and is not an insurance policy.

Beautiful home, so so clean it was lovely to arrive too. We had a fantastic stay. We met Steven one day what a lovely man to deal with from champion Villas, very polite and accommodating. Great location to all the attractions, would highly recommend.
