This beautiful villa is a perfect family-friendly home with a "Mickey and Friends" themed room that will capture your children's imagination! Here you can relax and unwind from busy days out at the parks or shopping sprees at the outlets. Take a swim in the pool, spend some time in the spa or enjoy lovely conversation under the private lanai. The family room, dining room and kitchen area allow for great family gatherings. The game room is large and supplied with a pool table and air hockey table so everyone can join in on the fun! Your vacation will be filled with magical moments spent at this villa. Guests have the option of heating the private pool and spa for a daily charge. Pool and spa heat is $30/Day.

Windsor Hills is a 5 star, guard-gated resort which is conveniently located to all of the fabulous parks in Orlando, including Disney World and Universal Studios - both within a short drive of the resort. The area is a golfer's delight with a great golf course adjacent to the resort and the superb championship courses of Reunion and Champions Gate are only a 10 minutes drive away.

Windsor Hills Resort Community features include: a double Olympic size, lagoon style pool, hot tub, clubhouse and sundries shop along with children's themed playgrounds, huge choice of outdoor activities, fully equipped fitness centre and surround sound movie theatre. In addition to these wonderful amenities, a fantastic new children's splash pad zone and dueling water slides are being added and we're all anticipating the grand-opening soon.

Location

Windsor Hills has everything imaginable and you will not need to venture far to find what you need. Only 2.5 miles from the front gates of Disney World, this is a desirable vacation location for those with families. This modern and friendly gated community is guarded 24-7 for your safety, so you can always feel at ease. There is plenty of entertainment for the young and young at heart with luxurious lagoon swimming pools, water fountains, slides and even a Jacuzzi. For those who are more interested in keeping active there are well-lit basketball and tennis courts, sandy volleyball courts and a chipping and putting green. If you prefer working out indoors, Windsor Hill’s spacious and modern fitness room is perfect. Kids will have even more fun in the adventure playground where they can run about freely and allow their imaginations to run wild. Enjoy some pampering at the huge clubhouse that looks over the well-maintained heated Olympic-sized swimming pool. The sundry shop is open daily from 8am-10.30pm for all your needs. For your convenience there is a Windsor Hills shuttle bus that will take you to some of Orlando’s most famous golf courses like the famous Mystic Dunes Golf Course. If you have an RV or boat, it is not a problem as there is also extra parking available for all guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was fantastic and the service was great. Any questions we had were responded to promptly. We were very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the house, and the responsiveness of our contacts. The neighbourhood was great, with a park right across the street, and we made full use of the great facilities at Windsor Hills, including the main pool and games room, the well equipped gym, basketball court, etc. We will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing stay in this villa and it made my families holiday. I have to say I met the management company of this home and they were friendly, outgoing, go above and beyond for you and very helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning, they managed to get straight on the phone arrange for an engineer to come out and with that it all got fixed.
Pauline and Steven were a pleasure to meet and deal with. If I had a home in Florida they would be my first point of call for a trustworthy management company.

The services we received were great! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location is perfect and minutes to everything. There were many things that we loved about the property...the pool, great location, spacious, clean, decorated very nicely...I could go on and on. There was nothing that we disliked about the property.

The villa, its comfort, quality and location made our vacation in Orlando absolutely amazing. Coming back from a day of thrill/visits/queuing and relaxing in the pool/jacuzzi was fantastic. There location is great, with every facility at a 5min drive and all parks really close, especially Disney. I highly recommend renting this villa to make the most of an Orlando vacation.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday and perfectly situated for access to Disney and the other attractions. With five bedrooms there is plenty of room and the pool and games room was great for relaxing after a hard day at the parks. The Windsor Hills Estate was quiet and secure so absolutely nothing to say but praise and thanks.
