There are "Princess" and "Mickey" Themed bedrooms, a game room, a private pool, TVs in every room, and more. This home is furnished to an impeccable standard and maintained with love and care. Here you can relax and unwind from busy days out at the parks or shopping sprees at the outlets. Take a swim in the pool or enjoy lovely conversation under the private lanai. The kitchen is welcoming and has everything you need for the entire family to gather for delicious home cooked meals. The game room is large and supplied with a pool table and foosball so everyone can join in on the fun! Your vacation will be filled with many magical moments. Guests have the option of heating the private pool for a daily charge. Pool heat is $30/Day.

Rolling Hills Estates is conveniently located to all of the fabulous parks in Orlando, including Disney World and Universal Studios - both within a short drive of the resort. The area is a golfer's delight with great golf courses near the resort including the superb championship courses of Reunion and Champions Gate.

Let’s start off by saying, WOW! This house is located not even 10 minutes from the Disney parks. Less than 5 mins away from a Walmart and the main strip where there are many restaurants and gift shops. I was apprehensive when I booked my stay only because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past through air b&b. This house is exactly as described. My family and I enjoyed every inch of the house, especially since it is disney themed and we are HUGE Disney fans. When we walked in it smelled and looked super clean which was a huge plus to us since I did have my 4 year old with us. The home comes with many kitchen appliances and extra sheets, blankets, pillows and plenty of towels. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cups not only for inside but also plastic for if you want to eat outside by the pool. Only thing you do have to purchase yourself is dish soap, sponge or dishwasher liquid and toilet paper since only 2 rolls are left in each bathroom. No biggy! We stayed a full week. The pool area is comfy and there are plenty of chairs. I had one minor issue with the iron and coffee maker but on my first day after arriving from Hollywood studios we were welcomed with a new iron and coffee maker in the box. I will definitely stay in this house again when we do come back to the parks. Home and service was amazing I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are all decorated in fun ways. The house is quiet inside and relaxing after the sensory overload of the theme parks. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils. The washer and dryer were good and used often. We were there during the winter olympics so the larger main tv was good to watch.

We had one problem while we were there, and it was fixed right away. The king bed in the front bedroom was worn out, and they replaced it the day after we asked them about it. It doesn't get much better than that.

The pool table in the garage rec room is not good, but we didn't need it or use it.
