As owners of Champion Villas Property Services we are responsible for managing executive vacation rental homes that are all located on sub-divisions in the Formosa Gardens area. We believe we have been very successful in renting our own vacation homes because we have taken total control of our investment. Being homeowners since 2001 we understand the quality of service, honesty and integrity that you expect from your Management Company, the little extras that you want as standard and the involvement you want and need in the management of your investment. We found this service to be quite rare when we embarked on our search to find someone to look after our homes and discovered therefore that the next best step was to provide it ourselves, hence Champion Villas Property Services was born.
